Entrance tickets for individual visitors. Online sales.
These conditions are applicable from October 9, 2019.
- Object
1.1 The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the contractual provisions between the Public Establishment of the National Museum of Asian Arts Guimet (hereinafter called MNAAG),

1.2 The buyer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale before confirming his order. Placing an order implies acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.
1.3 The MNAAG reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the conditions applicable to a purchase are those in force on the day of the order.
- Scope of these general conditions of sale
2.1 The online ticket sales site for the following services, shows and workshops are sold on the "billetterie.guimet.fr" site, subject to availability and agendas:
• Combined ticket collections + temporary exhibitions
• Cinema
• Auditorium show
• Premium show
• Reading show
• Adult workshops
• Lookout exercises workshops, tea ceremony and adult families
• Children's activities
• Adult conference visits
2.2 The website informs the buyer of the availability of services at the time of placing the order.
3. Presentation of tickets
3.1 The ticket is printable upon validation of the payment. It is accessible as a link and can be edited from the confirmation email. There is no withdrawal or printing on site.
3.2 The ticket must have been printed by the buyer prior to the visit, without changing the print size, full page, on white A4 paper, blank front and back. Partially or improperly printed, damaged or illegible tickets are not valid.
It can also be used in electronic form of e-ticket.
3.3 The ticket issued by the MNAAG includes in particular:
• - the name and logo of the MNAAG
• - the name of the bearer
• - the name of the buyer
• - the name of the service sold
• - dates and times of the service
• - the type of tariff applied
• - the sale price of the service, in euros
• - the ticket number allocated by the ticketing system
• - the date of purchase of the ticket
• - a barcode to allow checking by museum officials
4- Conditions of use
4.1 Tickets
4.1.1 Tickets purchased online.
4.1.2 Each ticket purchased online is personal, nominative and non-transferable. It includes the name of its holder, informed by the buyer at the time of online purchase. A document
valid identity with photo can be requested. In the event that such a document is not presented, access to the service may be refused.
4.1.3 Access to the service is subject to checking the validity of the ticket. It is provided with a barcode and checked and registered using barcode readers by the screening officers at the entrances to the collections.
4.1.4 The first person to present the ticket is presumed to be the legitimate holder. Access to the service will be refused to any other person presenting themselves with a copy of the ticket.
4.1.5 The visitor must keep his ticket in front of him for the duration of the service.
4.1.6 Anyone who illegally reproduces a ticket and / or uses a counterfeit ticket would be subject to criminal prosecution.
4.1.7 The MNAAG declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft or use of copies without the purchaser's knowledge, including within the museum.
4.1.8 In the event of non-compliance with the conditions set out in this article, the MNAAG reserves the right to refuse access to the service concerned.
4.2 Security measures
4.2.1 In order to ensure the safety of visitors, the MNAAG applies the preventive measures decided by the government for public administrations. All persons must undergo security checks.

5. Terms of order
5.1 The buyer makes his ticket purchase online as follows:
1. Go to the page: billetterie.guimet.fr
2. Choose your ticket (s).
3. optionally select the desired visit date and time using the calendar displayed, the available slots. When the slot is no longer available, it is displayed as full.
4. Choose the quantity of tickets desired, then continue shopping or finalize the order.
5. An order summary is displayed before validation of the purchase.
6. If the order corresponds, confirm. If the order is not suitable, return to the ticket selection.
7. Indicate its coordinates, accept the general conditions of sale and click on "payment".
8. Pay for the order by bank card, identifying yourself, if necessary, according to the 3D-Secure standard by entering the code sent by your bank.
5.2 The "basket" page allows you to check the content of the current order. As long as the payment has not been recorded, the content of the order can be modified.
5.3 If the payment is accepted by the Merchant Processing Center (CTC), the order confirmation is displayed. The buyer receives an order confirmation email then a payment confirmation email as well as an email with attachment including the e-ticket.
5.4 From the link in the confirmation email, the buyer generates his ticket (s) in PDF, indicating the first name (s) and surname (s) of the carrier (s) ticket (s) then print (s).
5.5 The MNAAG reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer who does not comply with its general conditions of sale.
6. Prices
6.1 The applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.
6.2 The prices and exemption cases can be viewed on the MNAAG online sales site
6.3 The MNAAG reserves the right to change prices at any time.
6.4 The visitor likely to benefit from an exemption must present to the checks of the access tickets to the services, the relevant supporting document valid, nominative and with photograph. In the event of non-presentation or non-conformity of the supporting document, access to the service will be refused.
7. Payment terms
7.1 Payment of tickets by the customer is made by bank card. The payment cards accepted on the “billetterie.guimet.fr” site are: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, E-carte bleue.
7.2 The payment is validated according to the 3D-secure Standard and after acceptance of the transaction by the Merchant Processing Center (CTC) in charge of controlling the authorization threshold for purchasing the payment card and checking the list stolen or lost payment cards. In case of refusal by the CTC, the order is canceled.
7.3 Upon acceptance of payment, the buyer receives several emails, payment confirmation, summary of the order, e-tickets
8. Secure payments
8.1 The MNAAG payment site uses the PAYZEN collection platform which meets the 3D-secure standard.
8.2 3D-Secure is a security protocol offered by VISA, MasterCard, GIE Cartes Bancaires in order to increase the level of security for remote payments, by adding an authentication step provided by the bearer's bank.
9. Processing of personal data
9.1 The MNAAG, data controller, is required to collect, use, transfer, store or carry out any other processing of personal data concerning the customer for the management of his order, the finalization of his transaction, his information and his relations with the MNAAG.
More particularly, this data is processed by the MNAAG in order to execute the following operations:
- possible sending of information and requests;
- carrying out statistical studies.
9.2 The data recorded is reserved for the use of the authorized services of the museum and cannot be communicated. Likewise, e-mail messages sent to the museum, as well as the corresponding e-mail addresses, may be retained. The personal data thus collected will be kept for a period of 3 years from the last purchase.
10. Cookies
10.1 The MNAAG website uses "session cookies", which are necessary for ordering online.
10.2 The use of cookies can be deactivated by the selection by the buyer of the appropriate parameters of his Internet browser. Such deactivation may prevent the use of certain features of the MNAAG ticketing online sales site. By buying online, the buyer therefore expressly consents to the acceptance of cookies under the conditions and for the purposes described above.
11. Terms of reimbursement requests
11.1 The sale of entrance tickets to a museum or of services linked to it is treated as a sale of leisure services and, in accordance with article L 221-28 ° of the Consumer Code, does not open any right to the withdrawal period.
11.2 Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be resold.

13.1 Neither the MNAAG nor the buyer can be held responsible for any non-performance which may arise from a case of force majeure. Are considered in particular as cases of force majeure: wars, riots, insurrections, government or legal restrictions, fires, earthquakes, storms and floods.
13.2 Unless the website "billetterie.guimet.fr" malfunctions which is attributable to it, the MNAAG cannot be held responsible for anomalies that may arise during the ordering, processing, downloading or printing of the ticket, either due to the buyer, either due to the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party foreign to the service, or due to computer or server failures, blocking of telecommunications including networks and in particular the Internet.
13.3 The MNAAG cannot be held responsible for the use of the tickets purchased, the buyer being solely responsible for their use by himself or by a third party.
14. Applicable law - settlement of disputes
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of litigation, the courts are only competent, after exhaustion of the amicable means of appeal.
